I'm a little lost....

KNOWLEDGE IS KNOWING THAT A TOMATO IS A FRUIT, WISDOM IS KNOWING NOT TO PUT IT IN A FRUIT SALAD.....

"I want to be a captain in the ESU— it’s New York’s equivalent of a Swat Team. You know how a lot of kids grow up watching cartoons, and dreaming of being super heroes so that they can save people? Well, I never grew out of that."
"So what’s your super power?"
"I’m good at making contingency plans. Like when Batman made a contingency plan in case any member of the Justice League went rogue."
"So what’s been your greatest contingency plan so far?"
"I didn’t get into the school of my choice, so I’m in community college now."

Isn’t it odd how much fatter a book gets when you’ve read it several times? As if something were left between the pages every time you read it. Feelings, thoughts, sounds, smells…and then, when you look at the book again many years later, you find yourself there, too, a slightly younger self, slightly different, as if the book had preserved you like a pressed flower…both strange and familiar. – Cornelia Funke, Inkspell (via observando)

This is magical

Why you procrastinate, girl? You got a lot but you just waste all yourself. They’ll forget your name soon, and won’t nobody be to blame but yourself. – Azealia Banks (via aneffervescentdalliance)
